The Marketing Coordinator, Pursuits provides a broad range of support across the entire pursuits process from the early opportunity stage through proposal and interview development. Serving in a support role to Marketing, Pursuits leadership, the Marketing Coordinator, Pursuits collaborates with internal teams to collect and manage relevant data, ensuring responses meet all requirements and adhere to Cumming Group’s standards for branding and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of customized collateral and statements of qualifications in support of project and teaming pursuits.
  • Supports with proposal and related data collection and management.
  • Assist in the review of RFPs/Qs and similar enquiries to ensure that responses meet all requirements and adhere to Cumming Group’s standards for branding and quality.
  • Provide support and assistance on simultaneous proposal responses from start to finish.
  • Assists with the production and preparation of high-quality proposal materials under strict deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience.
