Marketing Coordinator

About the position

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing operations and campaigns. This role requires someone with strong project management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to execute marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of marketing projects, analyzing campaign performance, and assisting with promotional efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track progress of ongoing marketing campaigns and projects
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and materials
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities
• Prepare marketing reports and maintain campaign documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project deadlines
• Support in organizing promotional events, product launches, and company presentations
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
