The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the setup, upkeep, and daily management of Milhaus’ digital tools, platforms, and brand touchpoints. This role supports new property launches, digital listings, brand content management, and platform audits. This individual will collaborate closely with the Brand & Digital Strategy Lead to ensure Milhaus maintains a cohesive and high-performing digital presence across all markets.

Responsibilities

  • Create and park new social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for newly launched properties.
  • Publish early content to unclaimed property accounts to establish brand presence and credibility.
  • Monthly Review of Property Socials and create Quarterly Content Campaigns for each property.
  • Provide Social trainings for properties on how to effectively use their channels.
  • Update properties on trending hashtags and keywords to use in their content.
  • Regularly update property listings and specials across Google Business, Apple Business, Entrata, and property websites.
  • Create initial Google, Apple, and other business profiles for new developments.
  • Perform recurring audits to ensure digital listings are accurate, consistent, and optimized for SEO.
  • Use Birdeye to monitor and flag Google Reviews; assist Property Managers with responses as needed.
  • Coordinate contract launches and onboarding for digital platforms including Canva, Realync, and Cobu.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for platform reps and ensure proper implementation and usage at the property level.
  • Provide data insights and usage updates to the broader marketing team and leadership.
  • Collaborate with the graphic designer to create content and distribute the Quarterly Newsletter.
  • Create and publish a minimum of two Google Posts per month per property to enhance visibility and SEO.
  • Assist with various copy or posting needs under direction from the Digital Specialist.
  • SEO content creation for new sites and audit each site yearly for content refresh.
  • Monitor MOZPro for flagging page issues, monitoring competitor data, and tracking page performance.
  • Post internal updates to the SharePoint Blog and ensure SharePoint headers, blogs, and categories are kept up to date.
  • Update the Milhaus.com portfolio with new projects, company awards, press releases, and other updates as needed.
  • Conduct quarterly audits to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Manage updates to internal monthly meeting slide decks, ensuring content is on-brand and visually aligned.
  • Assist the Digital Specialist with digital design requests and create dynamic ads for Google Vendors.
  • Ensure that Milhaus branding is consistently applied across digital touchpoints and communication channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, statistics, or communications; or two (2) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be a team player.
  • Must have an affinity for numbers and data.
  • Must have a lead generation sales mindset.
  • Knowledge of Milhaus’ services and processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of various operating systems and software products (e.g. MS Office).
  • Advanced knowledge of Canva, Social Platforms, and SEO Optimization tools (like MOZPRO and Google Search Console).
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time/workload.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Ability to effectively respond to common inquiries or complaints.
  • Ability to write presentations, articles, routine reports, proposals, and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and tactfully negotiate priority with end users.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed.
