Marketing Coordinator

About the position

Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics is looking for a Marketing Coordinator whose job is to provide support on strategic, digital and other marketing initiatives for Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Writes and publishes content including blog posts, provider bios, patient testimonials, and procedure spotlights
• Coordinates photo and video shoots with providers and patients
• Assists with content distribution across website, social media, and internal channels
• Maintains marketing content calendar and supports campaign planning
• Helps manage Elite’s social media accounts and track engagement metrics
• Creates flyers, referral tools, and branded materials for referral marketing efforts
• Collaborates with Physician Relations team on content and outreach needs
• Coordinates updates to the website and online listings as needed
• Supports planning and execution of internal and external events
• Orders and distributes print materials and promotional items for clinics and events
• Maintains project tracking documents and testimonial library
• Places signage orders and assists with internal branding needs
• Schedules provider headshots and collects bio materials

Requirements

• Four-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of marketing or content creation experience preferred (healthcare a plus)
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone and clarity
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Project manager
• Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Self-starter who collaborates well within a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage content calendars and task tracking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Neat, professional appearance
