The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting K2M’s marketing and business development efforts. This role works directly with the marketing team to support the proposal process, works with the communications specialist on various tasks and assignments and supports the overall strategic and financial goals of the company. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing and business development teams to coordinate proposals, marketing collateral, events, and digital content—ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the proposal submission process with marketing team, assisting with proposal requirements, updating marketing materials based on the submission requirements
  • Track proposal deadlines, submissions, and follow-ups in coordination with marketing and project teams
  • Maintains files in standard formats and file structure
  • Creates, maintains and updates marketing resource materials
  • Maintains and manages boilerplate information from direction of marketing team
  • Assists with design of marketing materials including business graphics, PowerPoint presentations, and collateral
  • Collaborate with marketing team to maintain up-to-date and consistent marketing assets
  • Help track inventory of branded items and coordinate orders and replenishment as needed
  • Work alongside senior staff on social media projects
  • Ensure all marketing elements adhere to brand guidelines and standards
  • Support the marketing team by coordinating logistics and materials for tradeshows, conferences, and industry events—including gathering, organizing, and managing the shipment of branded collateral, promotional items, and booth assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing (in-house or agency), preferably in the AEC industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with PowerPoint and other presentation software
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment
