About the position

Presentation Academy is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This is a full-time 12-month position. As Marketing Coordinator, you'll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive student recruitment, promote school events, and enhance our brand across platforms. You'll collaborate across departments, manage projects from concept to launch, and be the go-to person for everything from print materials to social media content.

Requirements

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Experience managing websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Experience in video creation/editing.
  • Highly organized and a self-starter.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Passionate about storytelling, community outreach, and student success.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (experience in education/nonprofit a plus) preferred.
