The Role: Coordinating Marketing Strategy and Execution
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, and supporting the marketing team with data, planning, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, journalism, or bulk material handling industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing data
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with marketing and advertising agencies

Responsibilities

• Creating, editing, and optimizing marketing materials and content
• Managing the marketing calendar and ensuring timely completion of tasks

• Supporting digital marketing efforts including website, social media, and email campaigns
• Maintaining CRM systems and leveraging customer data for targeted outreach
• Assisting with trade shows, client events, and internal communications
• Monitoring marketing activity and reporting on performance and ROI
