About The Position

AHC Hospitality is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We’re seeking someone with strong project management skills who is highly organized, has foundational knowledge of social media management, enjoys research and data analysis, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to help drive impactful results and grow with a dynamic team.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is a positive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Successful candidates will be independent problem solvers who are both goal-oriented and team-focused.
  • To excel in this role, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines are critical.
  • Knowledge using Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable writing content for traditional and digital channels
  • Working knowledge using Facebook and Instagram – front and back-end
  • Comfortable leading discussions and presenting to groups
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry with the spirit to serve and loves food and travel!

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally, candidates will have some prior experience as a marketing assistant or coordinator within consumer-oriented businesses, the hospitality industry, or creative agencies.
  • Familiarity in social media content development with photography and videography skills is an added advantage.
  • Strong photography and videography skills for digital channel implementation

Responsibilities

  • managing vendor relationships
  • conducting research and analysis
  • securing project estimates
  • tracking project statuses
  • entering purchase orders into Birchstreet
  • entering data in project management systems such as SOCi, Marq, META, Mobilo
  • overseeing the procurement and delivery of client materials
  • supporting social media reputation management for OTAs
  • content implementation across multiple digital channels
  • coordination, development, and execution of social media content initiatives
  • management of the hotel events hub
  • organizing departmental workflows
  • gathering and analyzing market trends and customer behavior data to prepare comprehensive reports
  • conducting asset audits
  • maintaining operational platforms and tools that support company-wide marketing activities
