The Marketing Coordinator position is a multifaceted role which includes planning and executing marketing events, managing swag purchasing and distribution, as well as providing executive administrative support. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized individual who excels in a dynamic environment and has a passion for marketing and efficient administration.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a marketing coordinator.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and effective collaboration skills.
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted
  • May require repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers
  • May require prolonged periods of sitting and/or driving throughout the workday
  • Willing to travel to various job sites and other locations
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurability required when job duties require use of motor vehicle
  • Requires exercising discretion in the decision-making process and maintaining strict confidentiality concerning the vendor, employee and company proprietary related information

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics with vendors, venues, and team members for successful event execution.
  • Manage event budgets and timelines.
  • Design and procure quality promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for best prices and quality products.
  • Handle logistics for storage, distribution, and inventory of promotional items.
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels and manage external contacts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event themes and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor ROI for events and promotional materials, reporting to management.
  • Stay updated on trends in event planning, promotional merchandise, and executive support.
