About the position

The position involves supporting the Sr. Manager in the coordination and planning of all priced campaign materials, including developing creative direction and coordinating with print production and cross-functional teams. The role also includes supporting the development of marketing materials related to culinary tests and variances, managing test materials, and ensuring streamlined launches. Additional responsibilities include coordinating the review and routing of in-cafe materials, ensuring timely feedback, and clarifying questions with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sr. Manager in the coordination/planning of all priced campaign materials.
  • Assist with developing creative direction for priced materials.
  • Coordinate with print production and cross-functional teams on variations of signage needed by concept type.
  • Support Sr. Manager in the development of marketing materials related to culinary tests.
  • Manage all test materials with an understanding of the entire system footprint.
  • Assist with writing creative direction for culinary tests.
  • Provide Ops Support with POP questions or other test-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate and track Ending Tests needs.
  • Support Sr. Manager in the development of marketing materials related to culinary variances.
  • Manage marketing materials with an understanding of the entire system footprint.
  • Assist with writing creative direction for culinary variances.
  • Provide Ops Support with POP questions or other test-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate and track Ending Tests needs.
  • Assist/Coordinate cross-functional reviewing and routing of in-cafe materials.
  • Ensure timely turnaround times and consolidate feedback as needed.
  • Follow-up with cross-functional teams to clarify specific feedback or answer questions.

Requirements

  • College degree in Marketing, Graphic Arts or related field.
  • 3 years of related work experience (negotiable based on experience).
  • Relevant experience includes print production, project management in a Marketing department, inventory management, or marketing coordination for a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Experience working with multiple print manufacturers and printing equipment is a plus.
  • Ability and desire to work with minimal guidance.
  • Strong initiative, enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with well-developed prioritization skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible and creative in dealing with change.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with print management or inventory management software systems is a plus.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely, effective manner.
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to collect and analyze data and present findings.
