About the position

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing strategic marketing direction and market intelligence. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of marketing and assets across channels by entering jobs into Workfront.
  • Develop marketing brief, in partnership with manager, and support copy development.
  • Ensure all components are completed before execution.
  • Ongoing oversight of active communications even after launch (includes collateral and direct to member).
  • Support new market launches and identify/track impact to member marketing efforts.
  • Ensure marketing communications are measurable and trackable.
  • Balance multiple priorities while adhering to timelines.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
