About the position

Docutrend is looking for a high energy, full-time B2B Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our leadership team, outside sales staff, vendor/ partners, and external marketing agency to execute on our well-defined Marketing Plan. This position is responsible for managing our CRM, campaigns, digital assets, content, communications, website, SEO, social media, branding, events, and trade shows. Lead generation and brand awareness are our top priorities, and we need someone who is well versed on how to execute, manage, measure and report on results and adapt to the needs of our business. Top candidates will be self-starters, creative, and have excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update website content and SEO to maintain relevancy
  • Manage CRM system and implement customer segmentation and list development
  • Coordinate marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Execute Email and Social Media campaigns and report on results
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing budget and vendor Co-Op funds
  • Manage and deploy internal / external communications including blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos, newsletters, etc.
  • Enforce use of the corporate image & style guide
  • Stay abreast of key Industry Analysts and Manufacturers News / Updates to provide competitive data and analysis to Sales
  • Create marketing presentations for Sales Meetings
  • Write award applications for Company and Executives
  • Organize and participate in various trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer events and corporate events
  • Assist with RFP Marketing materials when needed
  • Oversee creation of customized marketing collateral and branded merchandise

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field
  • 2+ years experience in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency with a B2B focus
  • Experience with CRM programs, email and social marketing tools, and Google AdWords
  • Intermediate to advance Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Proficient with image editing and web editing programs
  • Strong project management, organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Results driven, detail oriented, consistently meets deadlines and produces high quality work
  • Ability to analyze data and present results in a clear and organized fashion
  • Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
