Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a college student majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Photography or a related creative field.
  • 1+ years of part-time work experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be local to Tampa, FL.
  • Internship to start Summer 2026.
  • Competitive pay starting at $20/hr.
  • Must be enrolled at University of South Florida or University of Tampa to qualify for a Grow Financial internship.
  • Start date Monday, May 18th & Tuesday, May 19th
  • Orientation Wednesday, May 20th
  • We do not interview or hire students in F-1 or J-1 status and will not sponsor them for work visas.
  • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance (or with reasonable accommodation).
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and typing English.
  • Ability to use a telephone and perform repetitive computer tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Junior or Senior status in a creative major.
  • Availability to work 10-15 hours per week during business hours, with occasional weekend/non-business hours events.
  • 2+ years of part-time work experience.
  • Experience in creating social media content.

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Intern provides creative support to the Marketing department, contributing to a variety of projects from ideation through execution.
  • The primary focus is on graphic design for both internal and external initiatives that advance the credit union’s brand and communications.
