Yesler is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our team in Seattle working directly with one of our largest clients. Yeslers team of media and analyst professionals enable data-driven decision making across a number of channels. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of digital and marketing metrics and will play an integral role in delivering insights for our client.
The Marketing Program Analyst will critical thinking and decision making skills to business questions and initiatives to provide compelling insights and content, and to develop impactful measurement. The person in this role will leverage tools and technologies to collect data, conduct analysis and contribute to the development of marketing insights. The Marketing Program Analyst must be self-driven, and possess excellent organizational, time management, creative problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and pull necessary data and conduct analysis to provide data driven actionable insights to measure business value and to influence campaign strategy
Build Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and regression analysis
Develop a strong understanding of the clients' business, current digital marketing initiatives, and customer experience goals
Visualize data and deliver insights and recommendations to help clients develop solutions to meet these goals
Present analytics and insights to stakeholders in clear and effective manner
Identify and develop new KPIs and analytic opportunities
Qualifications and Requirements:
3-5 years in client service analytics role (5-7 years preferred)
A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, Statistics or other related fields from an accredited University or college Strong experience in a highly-quantitative role focusing on analysis and interpretation of data
Comfortable presenting analytics and project developments to stakeholders and executives
Advanced Excel capabilities with the ability to manipulate large data sets
SQL, SQL Server, Power BI, PowerQuery, PowerPivot capabilities required
Experience with data modeling
Strong familiarity with analytics and optimization tools such as Comscore, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and others
