Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Director in executing a bold Data and AI stewardship strategy for Marketing and Consumer Engagement, aligning efforts with business goals.
  • Capture critical data mappings and collaborate on a logical data model, ensuring adherence to data governance policies and maintaining FAIR metadata.
  • Analyze and optimize data plans for AI/Analytics, focusing on marketing data to drive consumer engagement and innovation, while working closely with architects and scientists to ensure data readiness for groundbreaking analytics models.
  • Engage with global and regional data stewards to tackle data issues head-on and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt data stewardship processes to meet evolving needs, while supporting data literacy initiatives.
  • Guide Regional Data Stewards to ensure effective management of data assets across regional and market entities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and consumer engagement data areas, including Customer, Digital Assets, and Digital Commerce.
  • 7+ years in data analysis, architecture, management, and quality, with a focus on AI and technical disciplines with a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Recent roles in data stewardship preferred, with a knack for capturing business data requirements.
  • Familiarity with tools like Collibra, Informatica, SAP, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Experience with core data objects such as Customer and Vendor data.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
