Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing & Design Coordinator who brings creativity, sales forward thinking, analytical thinking, and disciplined execution to our vertical transportation operations. We are seeking a creative marketer to lead and oversee production of graphics, branding, and multimedia deliverables. This role requires someone who is comfortable making quick, informed decisions, managing multiple priorities, and upholding strict brand guidelines. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in graphic and/or marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Strong graphic design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign + Canva).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlooks, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong knowledge of print specs.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to design and manage print marketing assets with strict brand adherence.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing: SEO/SEM, display ads, retargeting, video marketing.
  • Website management skills and ability to support advisor site optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines reliably in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality print and digital marketing materials (flyers, brochures, tradeshow materials, promotional items, etc)
  • Design easy to use branded templates for multiple departments across the company.
  • Complete annual company and customer training requirements according to established policies and procedures.
  • Apply corporate brand standards with precision.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite + Canva to produce accurate, on-brand content quickly.
  • Assist in managing company website including content updates, performance optimization, and SEO campaigns.
  • Oversee branding, proofreading, and quality control on all submittals.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies, campaigns, and digital/print content.
  • Assist in managing the company's social media profiles to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Develop competitive advantage and associated collaterals.
  • Assist Director of Marketing in driving lead generation to the sales funnel.
