Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and visual communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and understanding of design fundamentals.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to producing high‑quality work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing for B2B marketing, innovation events, or experiential design.
  • Strong motion design and video editing capabilities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visuals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and execution of creative assets across marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Develop visual materials including key visuals, presentations, videos, and motion graphics.
  • Produce high‑quality presentation materials for customer, commercial, and tradeshow engagements.
  • Create packaging mockups and label designs aligned with brand identity and guidelines.
  • Support development of creative concepts and experiences for customer innovation events.
  • Collaborate with marketers and cross‑functional partners to deliver cohesive creative output.
  • Ensure consistency of brand visual identity across all design deliverables.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to elevate creative standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to final execution in a fast-paced environment.
