About The Position

Indiana Beverage, a trusted family-owned beer and beverage distributor serving Northern Indiana since 1939, is seeking a talented full-time Marketing Designer to join our Graphic Arts Department in Valparaiso, Indiana. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm (in-person) Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance available after 60 days 401(k) with company match and profit sharing Paid time off and holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Wellness Program What You'll Do Design print collateral for on- and off-premise accounts using supplier-provided templates and themes Distribute completed projects to designated locations Expertly use Adobe Creative Cloud and other graphic software to produce high-quality printed materials Enter and update point-of-sale marketing signage orders in SignTrak and use administrative tools to track project time and costs Maintain organized graphic libraries and file systems Handle special projects as assigned and process orders efficiently within set timeframes What We're Looking For 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience and formal training Skilled in digital photography and advanced image editing Proven creative leadership in project and campaign settings Strong project management abilities and multitasking skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments Detail-oriented and consistent in maintaining brand identity and accuracy QualificationsKey Skills & Competencies Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Cloud) and digital photography Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with website hosting platforms such as Squarespace and SendGrid Strong illustration and layout skills Effective communication; serves as an informative resource Excellent time management and organizational skills Independent decision-maker with initiative Design expertise: color, balance, alignment, and aesthetics Creative and adaptable to various styles and projects Reliable, thorough, and detail-focused Optimistic and enthusiastic attitude Supervisory experience is a plus Work Environment & Physical Demands Professional office setting using standard equipment (computers, printers, phones) Tasks may require sitting, standing, walking, using hands, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, crouching, talking, and hearing Occasional lifting or moving of items up to 50 pounds Must have close and distance vision capabilities All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
