About the position
We’re looking for a talented Marketing Designer to create compelling visual assets for our paid social media campaigns. In this role, you will design eye-catching graphics, animations, and video creatives that drive engagement and conversions across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. This position will work across Balance and Elevate, two world-class products in the mental fitness space. This is a fully remote position based anywhere in North America, with a preference for candidates based in and around New York City.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality static and motion graphics optimized for paid social media ads
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Iterate on creative concepts based on performance data and A/B testing insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices for digital advertising
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing creative
- Detail-oriented
- Experience collaborating with marketing and creative teams to design creatives for paid social media campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and direct-response marketing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Experience leveraging AI tools for creative production
- Past experience advertising for mobile apps
- Passion for the mental health/fitness space
- Knowledge of data analytics and ads manager platforms
