About The Position

Sunrise Management & Consulting and Property Gauge are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Digital Content Specialist to support marketing and communications initiatives across both organizations. This role blends digital marketing, social media management, online reputation management, and event coordination to help strengthen brand visibility, engage residents and customers, and support business growth. The Marketing & Digital Content Specialist will play an important role in maintaining the online presence of multiple apartment communities while also supporting the marketing efforts of a growing property technology startup. The position will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, updating property listing platforms, responding to online reviews and messages, and helping coordinate marketing initiatives and industry events. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously. This person should enjoy working in a collaborative environment and be excited about contributing to both real estate marketing and technology-driven innovation in the property management industry.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience responding to online reviews, comments, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Experience developing and executing social media or digital marketing strategies, including content planning and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and design platforms such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools.
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, or promotional initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with digital marketing analytics and engagement metrics to inform content strategy.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment supporting multiple business units or brands.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar fields
  • Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or PropTech.
  • Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, or industry events.
  • Familiarity with apartment listing platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, or similar rental marketplaces.
  • Basic knowledge of website updates, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain and update social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc) across brands and properties.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track engagement metrics and help optimize content performance.
  • Maintain and update apartment listing platforms including Apartments.com, Zillow, and other rental sites.
  • Ensure listings are accurate, current, and aligned with property marketing goals.
  • Assist with updating website content and online profiles as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews across multiple platforms including Google and apartment listing sites.
  • Coordinate responses to resident feedback and ensure communication remains professional and aligned with company standards.
  • Track trends in feedback to help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with creating engaging marketing materials, announcements, and digital content.
  • Develop graphics and promotional materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns, announcements, and product updates.
  • Support brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating resident events at apartment communities.
  • Help coordinate logistics and promotional materials for industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Support event communications and promotional outreach.
  • Track performance metrics such as engagement, social media reach, lead volume, and listing effectiveness
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights and improvement recommendations
  • Support overall marketing initiatives across both organizations.
  • Help manage marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Assist leadership teams with marketing-related administrative and coordination tasks
