The Marketing Director leads B2B and B2B2C marketing for Optum Serve’s federal government business delivering healthcare and consulting services. This role develops integrated strategies to strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads and drive client acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include creating thought leadership content, supporting sales enablement and executing consumer engagement campaigns to meet participation goals. The position also contributes to RFP processes and collaborates with Growth and Product teams to align marketing with strategic priorities. Reports to the Vice President of Optum Serve Marketing. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
