The Opportunity This role is not only about “running campaigns.” It’s about evolving our marketing – building on what works to meet a changing direct-selling landscape. As our Marketing Director, you will serve as the leader who helps translate company vision into integrated marketing strategies that fuel growth across the organization. You will strategically align with our leadership team to guide both our internal teams and our demonstrator salesforce through new ways of thinking, new ways of connecting, and new ways of growing. You’ll help your team balance dual audiences, supporting the field in their marketing efforts while also marketing directly to consumers. You’ll simplify complexity. You’ll turn strategy into action. You’ll help create a clear, confident path forward for company growth. No pressure. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA a plus).
  • 3+ years in a marketing-related leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ROI-focused decision-making.
  • Proven ability to translate corporate goals into tangible growth outcomes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • A growth mindset. Always.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years in the direct selling industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a marketing team of 15+, establishing clear expectations and accountability (LMA).
  • Translate corporate vision into multi-year, integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align messaging, priorities, and execution.
  • Oversee marketing materials, digital assets, and tools that enable demonstrators to activate, retain, and grow their customer base.
  • Drive SEO, SEM, social, email, and content strategy to increase awareness and lead generation.
  • Lead product marketing and go-to-market strategy to maximize lifecycle performance.
  • Direct storefront strategy (print + e-commerce) to elevate the customer experience and optimize conversion.
  • Manage annual budgets, define KPIs, and refine strategies using both data insights and real-world field/customer feedback.
