About The Position

The Marketing and Event Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and coordinating events to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive lead generation. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a flair for creativity and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and promoting events, both online and offline, and support various marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence. The Marketing and Event Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution and impactful marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with marketing tools such as social media platforms, email marketing software, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Experience with event management software (e.g., Eventbrite) and basic graphic design skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site setup, ensuring all details align with brand standards and event objectives.
  • Coordinate registration, attendee communication, and follow-up processes to enhance the attendee experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact during events, managing schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials for events, including promotional emails, brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives by creating and scheduling social media posts, email campaigns, and blog content to promote events and drive engagement.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously improve event and marketing strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all event and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop on-brand visuals, messaging, and content for marketing collateral.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, event invitations, and post-event surveys to gather feedback and measure event success.
  • Track event-related KPIs, such as attendance, engagement, and ROI, to measure the success of each event and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile and analyze post-event data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance future events.
  • Prepare regular reports on event performance, audience feedback, and budget adherence.

  • Perform daily cleaning – such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new trash bags, and sweeping.
