Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn preferred)
  • Professional, proactive, and willing to take initiative

Nice To Haves

  • Basic photography, videography, or graphic design skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with event logistics from ideation through on-site execution (venue coordination, vendor communication, timelines, run-of-show, materials preparation, attendee tracking, registration, setup, guest experience, and post-event follow-up, etc.
  • Assisting with webinar planning and hosting support (platform setup, coordination, follow-up communications)
  • Developing presentations and collateral for investor events and conferences
  • Supporting CRM management, including data entry, list segmentation, and reporting
  • Assisting with social media content planning and scheduling
  • Creating marketing content including writing, graphic design, photography, and videography
  • The intern will gain exposure to integrated marketing strategy, investor communications, and live event production for a wide variety including pop-up style events (Cocktails & Capital), current investor events like the annual boat cruise, annual investor conference; and virtual webinars.
