About The Position

This role is central to driving data-informed decisions across marketing, sales, and go-to-market initiatives. The Marketing Growth Insights Analyst will analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, optimize campaign performance, and improve customer engagement. You will design dashboards, standardize reporting frameworks, and partner cross-functionally to align metrics and measurement practices. This position requires a strategic, curious mindset and the ability to translate data into compelling stories that influence business decisions. You will be instrumental in shaping how the organization measures success, improving efficiency, and connecting marketing performance to overall business outcomes. The role is remote, with opportunities to work collaboratively across teams while driving measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a growth-focused analytical role
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating complex datasets
  • Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and data analysis
  • Expertise with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms, particularly Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing funnels, cohort behavior, and campaign effectiveness
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect insights to business goals and financial outcomes
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity in complex data environments
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills for cross-team partnerships
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive with a self-starter attitude

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign ROI to surface trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
  • Build, maintain, and improve self-service dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into key performance metrics
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer complex business questions, producing executive summaries and insight briefs for leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to align on metrics, interpret findings, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Establish and document analytical best practices, standardized taxonomies, and consistent reporting frameworks across marketing channels
  • Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues, providing a reliable foundation for analysis
  • Communicate insights effectively by transforming complex analyses into clear, concise, and visually compelling narratives
  • Drive continuous improvement in measurement and reporting processes to optimize efficiency and impact
