About The Position

The Marketing & HubSpot Specialist plays a critical role in keeping Koltiv’s marketing engine running smoothly. This role owns day-to-day HubSpot operations, maintains clean and reliable marketing data, and delivers polished, human-centered marketing content across channels. The Specialist independently manages key deliverables, solves routine HubSpot challenges, and communicates progress clearly while supporting both marketing execution and its connection to sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience.
  • Strong B2B writing skills with the ability to turn abstract ideas into clear, compelling messages.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform and enthusiasm for mastering HubSpot.
  • High attention to detail and ability to catch errors in content, links, or data properties.

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot certifications or experience with CRM administration.
  • Experience in B2B technology, IT services, or professional services environments.
  • Comfort using Canva or similar tools for simple graphics.

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Administration & Data Integrity Manage daily HubSpot operations and ensure the system remains organized, stable, and easy for others to navigate.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards that track KPIs, sales forecasts and, marketing campaign performance.
  • Maintain accurate, clean lists and properties; monitor for outdated records and duplicates to uphold a high-quality database.
  • Oversee partner lead intake and manage smooth, timely routing to the Client Executive (Sales) team.
  • Build, refine, and monitor simple automated workflows that support lead nurture, follow-up, sales data accuracy. and internal visibility.
  • Marketing & Content Execution Write and deploy email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, and website updates that reflect Koltiv’s voice and emphasize clarity and human connection.
  • Translate high-level concepts into polished B2B marketing copy that is easy to understand and act on.
  • Maintain and update website content through HubSpot CMS, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and a clean user experience.
  • Create supporting graphics using Canva and templates that complement and strengthen written campaigns.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
