About the position

The Marketing Insights Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic goals of the Digital Learning team at UT. The individual in this role will provide market research and insights on current and prospective students to support the Digital Learning team’s marketing strategy and student experience efforts. The individual in this role will work closely with the Director of Marketing Insights to lead and execute primary market research with current and prospective online students. Additionally, they will conduct secondary market research to identify market trends and opportunities for new and existing online degree programs for UT.

Responsibilities

  • Provide market research and insights on current and prospective students.
  • Support the Digital Learning team’s marketing strategy and student experience efforts.
  • Lead and execute primary market research with current and prospective online students.
  • Conduct secondary market research to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across Digital Learning and other campus units.
  • Deliver actionable insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of best practices in conducting quantitative and qualitative marketing insights studies.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Critical thinking skills to break down complex questions.
  • Ability to determine appropriate methodology for research.
