Responsibilities

  • Project manage digital and print projects to ensure materials are delivered in a timely fashion.
  • Assist in ensuring that projects and materials remain within budget.
  • Assist in facilitating all production works, project an image reflective of HES's guiding principles and brand guidelines.
  • Suggest and create content for different projects and initiatives.
  • Create processes to organize content available to marketing audience segments to use within the collateral.
  • Carry out division-specific tasks/activities as assigned by the supervisor throughout the internship.
  • Manage deliverables and provide regular updates.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or other related fields.
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • High levels of commitment and initiative.
  • Ability to navigate or willingness to learn technology and software.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments at a given time.
  • Possess creative thinking and problem-solving skills while implementing direction and feedback.
  • Ability to successfully work in a team.
  • Ability and willingness to follow directions.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Social Media, and Outlook (Canva, HubSpot, and WordPress a plus).
