About the position
We’re seeking a Marketing Intern to support our Compliance team with documentation and marketing-related projects. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong time management, creativity, and computer skills. You’ll help maintain consistency in company branding by creating and editing forms, presentations, and materials in line with our templates and preferences.
Responsibilities
- Create and modify internal forms and slide decks
- Ensure adherence to brand templates and formatting standards
- Manage task deadlines – some quick turnarounds, others long-term
- Assist with social media content creation and management (a plus)
- Support web marketing efforts (a plus)
- Help organize and plan company events (a plus)
- Collaborate with team members in office as needed, especially during onboarding and training
Requirements
- Strong computer skills and problem-solving abilities
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to follow criteria and develop professional documents from scratch
- Self-directed with solid time management
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Resides within commuting distance of Broussard, LA
- Prior experience with social media, marketing, or event planning is a bonus
