Job Summary Join Becton, Dickinson and Company in Vernon Hills, IL or Tempe, AZ for a Marketing Summer Internship, within our Peripheral Intervention BU, that promises an outstanding chance to create a significant impact! Support our Oncology platform, assist in market shaping activities, help prepare for a new product launch by developing commercial launch plans and new marketing collateral for an exciting new product. This internship begins on May 18th, 2026 and ends on August 15th, 2026.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field; recent graduates are also welcome.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail is key.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement successful digital campaigns to improve outreach.
  • Assist with website updates and collateral development to ensure our digital presence is up-to-date and engaging.
  • Build compelling presentations and graphics to support our marketing initiatives.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and provide valuable insights.
  • Research industry trends and competitors to keep our strategies competitive.
  • Support and improve our social media presence to increase brand visibility.
