About The Position

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support both the marketing and creative teams across various coordination, publishing, and brand-related projects and activities. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in campaign coordination, digital content management, and creative production—all while learning how brand, strategy, and storytelling come together inside a lean, collaborative team. Requirements

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and workflows
  • Interest in marketing, design, branding, or digital communications
  • Clear communicator with strong organizational habits
  • Ability to manage time across multiple concurrent tasks

Responsibilities

  • Schedule social posts, emails, and blog content via HubSpot
  • Upload, format, and publish blog articles and press releases
  • Build simple landing pages using templates; add UTMs to track links
  • Assist in updating contact lists and logging campaign activity
  • QA email and social sends for formatting or publishing issues
  • Track content status (draft, review, approved, live); follow up on approvals
  • Maintain editorial calendars and approval spreadsheets
  • Pull basic reports on email and social performance (open rates, CTRs)
  • Flag broken links, formatting issues, or campaign misfires
  • Coordination with Business Analysts on campaign metrics & KPIs, including metrics establishment either in HubSpot, Power BI, or similar
  • Collaboration with on Dashboards and metrics
  • Lead flow optimization and coordination
  • Format and prep image assets for blog posts, emails, and social platforms
  • Update branded templates (e.g., case studies, PowerPoint decks, one-pagers)
  • Organize digital assets in shared folders with consistent naming conventions
  • QA visual consistency across marketing materials (fonts, colors, logos, etc.)
  • Assist with basic design tasks using tools like Canva or Adobe templates
  • Conduct image sourcing or visual research for presentations and campaigns
  • Support the creation of internal comms graphics or small-scale campaign assets
  • Upload and organize creative and marketing files into shared drives
  • Track deadlines and dependencies related to campaigns and creative requests
  • Participate in team meetings, status updates, and brainstorms as needed
  • Shadow creative or brand review sessions to observe cross-functional work
