WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a highly motivated marketing intern to assist our CEO with social media content creation and scheduling. We are looking to hire someone to help us educate potential guests, increase brand awareness, and grow our client base. If you're hard-working, self-motivated, and dedicated, we would love to meet you! You will be highly focused on driving measurable marketing programs that grow all four of our Austin-area salons. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for marketing, we would love to hear from you! WHAT WE DO: The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence. Requirements

Must have a passion for marketing
Proficient with social media strategies, trends, and platforms
Flexible work schedule
Ability to multitask and take initiative
Hardworking, innovative, self-motivated, and dedicated
Experience with content creation
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding multitasking abilities
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
A good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
Experience leveraging AI tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with photo editing and video creation.

Responsibilities

Assist the CEO in creating a marketing strategy and calendar for 2026
Create and schedule social media content for multiple platforms
Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
Proofread email campaigns prior to scheduling
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media and community awareness)
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
Develop brand-compliant assets and copy for social media
Create and schedule Instagram reels
Schedule social media content 30+ days in advance
Organize, edit, and post stylist photos to Google, Yelp, Facebook Albums, and IG stories/highlights
