As a Marketing Intern, you will provide support for, and gain experience in, customer relationship management (CRM), email marketing, and digital marketing services. Requirements

Experience and strong foundational knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
A portfolio of the graphic design and marketing work you have designed and created
High school diploma/GED required
Must comply with continuing education per Company, Regulatory, Contractual, and Accreditation requirements’
Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently
Operation of office equipment and using technology efficiently such as computers, phones, misc. office equipment
Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision
Moving throughout the VGM facilities when needed.

Nice To Haves

Current student at a 2-or-4-year college or university preferred
Interest in healthcare, workers’ compensation, or related industries a plus

Responsibilities

Support production design needs:
Update templated marketing materials
Assist with external and internal campaign assets
Assist with maintaining and updating customer and prospect data within the CRM system
Monitor CRM data quality and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure data is clean and updated
Support lead management workflows by ensuring proper routing and documentation
Analyze market and customer data and run reports to support marketing and sales teams
Support with the creation, scheduling, and sending of email campaigns using marketing tools
Build and edit email templates, ensuring brand alignment and strong user experience
Track email marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and deliverability
Perform tasks to support marketing strategy and branding
Provide account marketing and stewardship support
Perform email marketing, social media, and basic design tasks to support the marketing team
Organize, maintain, and update digital marketing asset infrastructure
Support marketing team event initiatives by assisting with event preparation, organizing marketing materials, and supporting pre‑ and post‑event activations
Complete other duties and projects as assigned by leadership
