In this role, you'll collaborate with our Marketing team to create engaging campaigns, social content, and data-driven strategies that inspire travelers to become Owners. You'll gain hands-on experience in luxury resort marketing, work alongside passionate leaders across our seven divisions, and enjoy epic mountain perks: from our Ski Medallions program to Ball Arena events all while contributing to BGV's culture of joy, philanthropy, and sustainability. Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote seasonal promotions.
  • Develop enticing travel/vacation-themed content-social posts, and blog articles.
  • Support planning and executing promotional events.
  • Support MarTech projects.
  • Support OPC teams engaging with prospective guests.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining web landing pages.
  • Assist in reporting campaign metrics.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (social media, email campaigns, SEO).
  • Strong written communication skills to craft compelling travel/luxury-themed content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets for data tracking, PowerPoint/Slides for presentations).
  • Self-motivated with a creative mindset-able to brainstorm resort-focused campaign ideas.
  • Detail-oriented-can proofread promotional materials and ensure brand consistency.
  • Passionate about travel and luxury experiences, you get excited about selling a lifestyle.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration (sales, design, operations).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing for content creation.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) or email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Interest in luxury travel, hospitality, or real estate (bonus if you've studied tourism or worked in customer-facing roles).
  • Exposure to Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager to track campaign performance.
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) to support diverse clientele.
