This internship is for our onsite direct marketing team and not for digital, branding, or social media marketing. Role will work at our VIP Marketing assisting customers with concierge style duties and performing administrative tasks. Housing is not provided for this position. This is a full time position (up to 40 hours a week weekends and holidays included). Must be a current student or recent graduate within one year of graduation to qualify. The College Internship Program - Marketing and Sales is an immersion program offering participants work experience in one of our Sales Centers throughout the company. Interns will participate in the following activities: comprehensive onboarding, operational duties within their assigned department, eLearning, and virtual meetings with company leaders, job shadowing, and a direct mentorship with an onsite leader. The College Internship Program – Marketing and Sales is designed to last 10-12 weeks depending upon the participant’s availability and the needs of the property. The participants should expect to work a full-time schedule in this program. All College Internships are paid at an hourly wage. Successful College Interns will be given a high level of consideration when applying for future career opportunities with Hyatt Vacation Ownership.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be a current student or recent graduate within one year of graduation
  • Pursuing a college degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales or Business preferred
  • Prior Hospitality or Sales experience preferred
  • Past Interns who are interested in completing an additional internship will be considered first
  • Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per company policy
