About The Position

IP Pathways is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer of 2026 . This is a hybrid position based out of our Urbandale headquarters, offering the flexibility of remote work alongside high-impact, in-person collaboration. This role is designed for a candidate who wants to do more than just shadow – you will be an active contributor to our growth, helping us bridge the gap between complex technology and the businesses that need it.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• An understanding of marketing techniques with a strong interest or background in the B2B tech industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and design tools like Canva ; experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
• Experience or interest in creating professional content for platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Exce llent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Highly organized, a creative problem-solver and capable of working independently in a hybrid environment.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Sponsorship for employment visa status and relocation reimbursement are not offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media and email.
• O rganizing , planning and promoting events and conferences.
• Support the maintenance and updating of marketing collateral, including sales presentations, brochures and promotional materials.
• Manage and grow our social media on LinkedIn and Facebook, using social media management tools to schedule and analyze posts.
• Work closely with the marketing team and various other departments to ensure brand consistency and project alignment.
• Manage the IP Pathways “swag” inventory and handout process for events and client outreach.
• Maintain and update marketing playbook materials
