Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Marketing department, developing and managing operational goals, and monitoring performance and profit objectives. You will create effective schedules, assist in the budget process, manage marketing support services, and ensure compliance with customer service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage staff in the Marketing department.
  • Develop, implement, and manage operational goals.
  • Monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives.
  • Create effective and efficient schedules while maintaining labor costs.
  • Assist in the budget process for the department and provide recommendations.
  • Manage all Marketing Support Services including advertising and public relations.
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors for production campaigns.
  • Support and promote superior customer service.
  • Enhance guest interactions and create a positive atmosphere.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Five years of progressively more challenging leadership roles in Marketing or Operations.
  • Experience in multiple communication channels including direct mail, e-mail, and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
  • Ability to manage employees in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically.
  • High level of energy and proactive approach to issues.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
