About the Role Summit Sotheby's International Realty's Developments Division is growing rapidly, representing some of the most prestigious luxury real estate developments across Utah and the Mountain West. Our full-service model integrates world-class branding, marketing strategy, digital campaigns, and event execution—all designed to position our developer clients for maximum success. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team and drive the execution of marketing initiatives across our development portfolio. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about luxury real estate. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with leadership, agents, and developer clients to deliver compelling campaigns that elevate brand presence and drive sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, luxury brands, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing skills including paid media, email marketing, analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent project management abilities with experience using tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar platforms.
  • Strong creative instincts with an eye for design, brand consistency, and luxury aesthetics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in luxury real estate marketing or new development sales environments.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs and lead management systems.
  • Knowledge of the Utah real estate market, particularly Park City, Salt Lake City, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Budget Oversight & Reporting Develop and present annual marketing budgets for each development client, aligned with project scope, timeline, and sales goals.
  • Monitor marketing spend across all active projects, ensuring expenses remain within approved budgets and flagging variances proactively.
  • Provide consistent budget reporting to leadership and developer clients, including monthly spend summaries and quarterly reviews.
  • Track vendor invoices, marketing expenditures, and reimbursable costs with accuracy and transparency.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize spend and maximize ROI across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Campaign Development & Execution Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns for luxury development projects, including digital, print, social media, email, and experiential activations.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects from creative brief through delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project timelines.
  • Oversee production of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, signage, advertising, and digital assets.
  • Coordinate with internal creative resources and external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Brand Management & Creative Direction Maintain brand consistency across all development projects while respecting each project's unique identity and positioning.
  • Develop and refine brand packages, messaging frameworks, and creative direction for new development launches.
  • Ensure all marketing materials meet luxury brand standards and Sotheby's International Realty guidelines.
  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Oversee digital advertising campaigns across platforms to drive qualified leads for development projects.
  • Oversee website development, landing pages, and SEO strategy for development-specific web properties.
  • Support agents in developing email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and lead nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Client & Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as a key marketing point of contact for developer clients, understanding their vision and translating it into effective marketing strategies.
  • Partner with sales agents to provide marketing support, sales tools, and collateral that drive conversions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, transaction management, and brokerage leadership to ensure seamless execution.
  • Project & Workflow Management Manage marketing requests and workflows through project management platforms ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
  • Maintain organized project files, brand assets, and marketing archives in shared systems.
  • Ensure adherence to established turnaround times, budget guidelines, and approval processes.
