About the position

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager, Global Campaigns to join our dynamic team and lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns across the globe. Based in Tampa, this role requires a highly motivated and digitally savvy marketing professional with a proven track record in both external marketing and internal communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, employee engagement, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns that align with A&M's global strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished marketing leader to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns, manage senior stakeholders, and collaborate with a range of teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly focusing on digital channels, based on data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and key stakeholders, managing multiple high-level relationships and ensuring alignment on strategic marketing execution.
  • Serve as a mentor, providing regular feedback, and supporting the professional development of a team of junior staff.
  • Partner with regional GTM Leaders to curate and implement strategies to enhance A&M's brand presence externally while also driving internal employee engagement.
  • Work closely with A&M's network of external agencies to execute marketing strategies, ensuring top-quality output, alignment with brand guidelines, and effective campaign execution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive analytics and reporting systems to track the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, adjusting plans and approaches based on performance metrics.
  • Ensure that all marketing, pitch, and communications materials maintain a consistent brand approach.
  • Contribute to broader corporate marketing efforts, including the development of marketing collateral, thought leadership content, and participation in major events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B campaigns.
  • Experience in professional services (legal, accounting, consulting) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in people management is required.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, including digital advertising, SEM, organic social, email marketing, and website management.
  • Experience working with marketing platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, Account Engagement, and Drupal is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with external agencies to execute a full range of marketing tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
