We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside advanced tools for marketers. As part of North America Stores Marketing, Amazon Handmade is a gated, 3P-only program that requires all sellers to apply and receive approval to list in our store. Our Handmade criteria is defined as items that are handmade, hand-designed, hand-altered, repurposed, or upcycled. In this role, you will drive the growth and visibility of Amazon Handmade's artisan-made products across Amazon's massive customer base. You will be responsible for creating inspiring merchandising strategies and driving traffic across Amazon's major shopping initiatives and peak shopping moments. You'll balance the art and science of merchandising – combining creative storytelling with analytical rigor to optimize product visibility, drive conversion, and create compelling shopping experiences that highlight the unique value of Handmade’s selection. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the NASM organization including Seasonal Events, Deal Moments, Merchandising, and Curation teams to deliver bar-raising customer experiences.

  • Optimize onsite performance through data-driven improvements to widgets and content placements, with focus on increasing impressions and conversion.
  • Own performance metrics and reporting, translating data insights into actionable strategies to drive Handmade's growth and visibility across Amazon.
