We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and report directly to the VP, Head of Marketing. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive Vestmark’s growth objectives. You will work closely with the VP to ensure that our marketing initiatives are aligned with our brand vision and business goals, particularly within the financial services and WealthTech/FinTech sectors. As a key player in our marketing team, you will take on both strategic and tactical responsibilities, managing one direct report while also executing marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your focus will be on creating high-impact marketing strategies that resonate with enterprise clients, leveraging your expertise to optimize performance and enhance stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Vestmark’s business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Lead the design, launch, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at enterprise-level clients, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, generating demand, and driving sales pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, and client success teams to develop tailored marketing programs that address the unique needs and challenges of targeted financial institutions.
  • Assist in defining and articulating compelling value propositions, ensuring that all marketing materials, digital content, and sales resources are consistent and impactful.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to your report, fostering a culture of performance and accountability while promoting a data-driven approach to marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer data to inform marketing strategies, ensuring Vestmark remains at the forefront of the marketplace.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, particularly in relation to extended B2B sales cycles, and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated optimally to maximize return on investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the financial services or WealthTech/FinTech sectors.
  • Proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns targeting enterprise clients, demonstrating an understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
  • Strong skills in crafting persuasive messaging, developing value propositions, and creating effective marketing collateral.
  • Experience in team management, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and collaborative skills, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
