About the position

We're undergoing a transformative journey, refocusing our digital marketing and website to better cater to B2B needs. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our regional marketing and commercial teams as well as our Digital Center of Excellence to drive new client acquisition and product uptake. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on B2B Marketer to drive OFX’s growth efforts in North America. You’ll work across the full marketing motion: lead generation, funnel optimization, campaign execution, and content strategy. As a specialist in B2B growth, you’ll drive the strategies that convert users and prospects to business customers, rigorously test them, and scale what works. You’ll play a vital role at the intersection of GTM, Product, Design, Data, Commercial and Marketing. You’ll work across teams, tools, and tactics to build high-performing campaigns that drive pipeline. From writing landing page copy and running paid campaigns, to briefing freelancers and analyzing conversion data—this is a full-stack role for someone who can think and do. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong point of view, and is eager to help businesses and accounting firms grow.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ideation, implementation and execution of segment-based online marketing campaigns and programs to drive customer acquisition, activation and engagement across US and Canada
  • Be a brand ambassador and align campaigns to OFX brand and value proposition
  • Analyze and identify messaging, creative and channels that drive profitable conversions ongoing, explaining reasons for performance, ideas for improvement, estimated spend and results
  • Collaborate with broader marketing team on implementation, success metrics, analytics, audience segmentation, messaging, promotions and retention strategies
  • Work with the Acquisition Analytics & Finance teams to identify and address issues and opportunities both technically and in planning/prioritising
  • Actively demonstrate a data based insight, optimisation and measurement operating methodology
  • Communicate with North American leadership team and the sales and customer service teams to ensure marketing campaigns are understood, supporting sales targets and fully supported
  • Manage budget tracking and forecasting with the Search Manager for geographies or campaigns you manage
  • Assess social landscape, engagement and content opportunities
  • Work closely with our website team on landing pages, site optimizations and more to support conversion efforts in region
  • Track, measure and report on marketing promotions, strategies and budget
  • Manage agencies, vendors and partners
  • Partner closely with commercial teams on revenue generating campaigns, emails, tradeshows

Requirements

  • Campaign management expertise and a passion for enhancing customer experience and revenue growth
  • 5 + years of consumer and/or business campaign management marketing experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with or managing agencies
  • Knowledge of digital tracking solutions (GA, GTM, DCM, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Asana, Airtable, Pardot or similar tools
