About The Position

Qualcomm is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and orchestrate digital experience initiatives across our web properties and platforms. This isn't a typical PM role managing tasks, it's a high-visibility position at the center of Qualcomm's digital ecosystem, where you'll be an essential connection between designers, engineers, technical stakeholders, and content publishers delivering world-class digital experiences. Why This Role Is Different You'll serve as the central hub for some of Qualcomm's most strategic digital initiatives—the projects that shape how millions of customers, partners, and developers experience our brand and technology. This role demands someone who can speak the language of designers discussing user flows, developers architecting technical solutions, business leaders evaluating business impact, and content teams publishing at scale. Your ability to translate between these worlds while keeping complex, fast-moving projects on track will be critical to your success. The Opportunity Cross-Organizational Impact: Lead projects that touch every corner of the company—from 5G and AI product launches to developer platforms and enterprise solutions. You'll work directly with BU leaders, technical experts, and creative teams across the entire organization. Strategic Visibility: Your work directly influences Qualcomm's digital presence and customer experience. You'll present to leaders, shape roadmaps, and drive decisions that affect how the world engages with our innovations. Agile at Scale: Experience SAFe implementation at one of the world's leading tech companies. You'll lead teams using cutting-edge agile practices while navigating the complexity and scale that few organizations can match. Fast-Paced, High-Stakes Environment: Work on a team where projects move quickly, stakes are high, and your organizational prowess makes the difference between chaos and cohesion. No two days are the same. Career-Defining Experience: Manage projects that span multiple disciplines, platforms, and stakeholders—building a portfolio of work and skillsets. What You'll Do As the Program Manager, you'll be the orchestrator who ensures digital experience initiatives flow smoothly from concept to launch. You'll own the process, timelines, tools, and alignment that turn ambitious ideas into delivered products. You're the person who walks into a room full of competing priorities and emerging chaos, and within minutes, everyone knows what to do next. You're equally comfortable presenting sprint velocity metrics to leaders as you are facilitating a heated design debate or negotiating timelines with IT developer leads. You don't just manage projects—you create the clarity and momentum that allows brilliant teams to do their best work. The Qualcomm Advantage Working at Qualcomm means managing projects that power the future. Your organizational excellence will directly enable teams building digital experiences that connect billions of people to our innovations in 5G, AI, automotive technology, and IoT. You'll gain experience working with world-class talent, cutting-edge technology, and projects at a scale few organizations can offer—all while developing leadership skills.
