About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our Treatment Planning Software portfolio, with a strong focus on Eclipse, the industry-leading solution in Radiation Oncology. This role is pivotal in driving commercial success across the Americas region through strategic marketing programs, product positioning, and customer engagement. This is a remote role in the US.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or clinical background as a Dosimetrist or Medical Physicist; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing within healthcare or medical technology, preferably radiation oncology.
  • Proven experience with Eclipse Treatment Planning System or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows in radiation therapy.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Varian ecosystem and oncology software solutions.
  • Experience in regional marketing roles within the Americas.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow market share for treatment planning software in the Americas.
  • Define value propositions and messaging tailored to clinical and commercial audiences.
  • Product Marketing Lead go-to-market planning for new features and releases of Eclipse.
  • Collaborate with product management to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits.
  • Commercial Enablement Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the commercial team.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Customer Engagement Develop campaigns targeting radiation oncology professionals and decision-makers.
  • Organize webinars, workshops, and thought-leadership content to showcase clinical benefits.
  • Market Intelligence Analyze competitive landscape and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting treatment planning.
