We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Marketing Manager, Web to define the content strategy, channel goals, and narrative direction of our web presence across surfaces like the corporate site, safety center, careers site and brands site.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction and success metrics for Roblox’s marketing-managed web properties.
  • Lead content strategy, storytelling, and messaging across corporate, safety, careers, and brand surfaces.
  • Align cross-functional teams to bring integrated web experiences to life across Marketing, Product, and Legal.
  • Drive SEO/GEO-informed content planning and ensure global accessibility in partnership with Design, Engineering, and Localization.
  • Monitor channel performance and continuously optimize content to support marketing and business goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in content strategy, integrated marketing, or digital channel ownership, preferably within a B2C or tech environment.
  • Proven ability to lead web strategy and content planning across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong editorial instincts and experience writing or editing web copy.
  • Familiarity with SEO and performance content marketing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across marketing, design, product, and legal.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple initiatives at varying stages of development.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to connect web experience to brand and business goals.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and cross-functional web pods a plus.
