About the position

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of our growth, lifecycle, and performance campaigns. This role will own our marketing tech stack and serve as the go-to for campaign QA, program automation, and performance insights across channels. Reperio’s Marketing Manager assumes responsibility for the top-of-funnel pipeline build in partnership with our Head of Marketing, Chief Growth Officer, and sales team. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure every campaign is measurable, impactful, and aligned to pipeline and retention goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own campaign execution across lifecycle, email, paid, and partner channels — from setup to QA to post-launch optimization.
  • Manage and optimize our martech stack (currently HubSpot, Reply.io, ZoomInfo, Mployer, Canva, Figma, LinkedIn Ads, and more) to ensure we’re maximizing efficiency and insights.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in the building and scaling of lifecycle nurture programs that move prospects from awareness to conversion and engage existing users.
  • Support ABM and outbound efforts with personalized campaign components and CRM segmentation.
  • Collaborate on paid performance strategy, building UTM structures, landing page testing, and reporting.
  • Set up, monitor, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends and recommending optimizations.
  • Own campaign QA and marketing ops hygiene to ensure high deliverability, clean CRM data, and consistent tracking.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in a growth, lifecycle, or marketing ops/programs role, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthtech.
  • Deep experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools) — campaign setup, segmentation, scoring, workflows, QA.
  • Comfort with campaign performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, CAC, etc.) and marketing attribution.
  • A proactive, systems thinker who loves making marketing run smoother, faster, and more measurably.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, scrappy environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
  • A creative, out-of-the-box thinker who wants to help us push the boundaries of traditional B2B marketing.
