About the position

We're seeking an experienced AEC Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at ECS in one of our Florida locations: Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, or West Palm Beach. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned marketing professional ready to lead a team, drive successful pursuit strategies, and manage complex proposal workflows across our extensive portfolio, primarily focused in Florida. Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team that includes senior marketing professionals, early- to mid-career marketers, and administrative staff, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and execution.
  • Translate strategic marketing initiatives into actionable tasks for junior team members.
  • Manage and enforce marketing budgets.
  • Provide regular performance feedback to junior team members.
  • Oversee department-specific marketing projects and collaborate on improving and unifying processes and procedures.
  • Track trends and monitor key marketing metrics.
  • Participate in professional development activities, including continuing education, seminars, and involvement in professional organizations.
  • Review RFPs for alignment with local office and corporate objectives.
  • Develop strategic proposal and marketing materials at local, regional, and national levels.
  • Manage high-volume proposal activity, including timeline coordination, content development, and adherence to RFQ/RFP requirements.
  • Facilitate presentations for both prime and teaming opportunities as needed.
  • Provide regional data and insights to support demographic tracking and other relevant marketing intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Department Managers, Business Development, and Executives to proactively identify, evaluate, and track pursuits from opportunity identification through final outcome, ensuring alignment with regional strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead AEC marketing teams across multiple locations.
  • Expertise in managing high-volume proposal efforts.
  • Professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
  • Minimum of 6 years of sales or marketing experience in the AEC industry.
