About The Position

CheckSammy is looking for a Marketing Manager with strong content marketing fundamentals and hands-on execution skills. You have the ability to synthesize multiple sources of information and messaging to develop clear, aligned assets for use in organic social, paid ads, sales collateral, and other forms of content. The ideal candidate is able to leverage data to understand which content is performing best.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6+ years in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong writing and content development skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling marketing and sales materials aligned to established messaging, positioning, and brand voice.
  • Ability to create polished, on-brand marketing and sales materials using presentation and design tools like Canva and PowerPoint, with close attention to brand consistency and visual quality.
  • Strong organic social execution experience (content planning, creation, publishing, and performance optimization).
  • The ability to speak to both humans and algorithms. You live and breathe the data, but understand the importance of developing a true relationship with the customer.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or comparable CRM/marketing automation), lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and nurture programs.
  • A self-starter who proactively identifies problems and solutions and continuously looks for ways to improve processes, even with limited resources.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage organic social strategy and execution across key platforms (LinkedIn primary), including calendar planning, post and graphic creation, publishing, and repurposing content in a consistent brand voice. Track performance and provide data-informed recommendations to improve engagement and campaign impact. Support broader campaign execution and enablement initiatives.
  • Synthesize strategic messaging and thought leadership content and repurpose into blogs, social content, and sales enablement assets aligned to campaign priorities, audience needs, and performance insights.
  • Partner closely with Sales to develop and refine decks, one-pagers, proposals, and other enablement materials, ensuring alignment with established messaging, positioning, and brand guidelines.
  • Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, routing, and follow-up workflows, including lifecycle stages, scoring, and nurture paths.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to support onboarding, adoption, and retention programs.
  • Maintain marketing and funnel dashboards with clear KPIs, tracking performance by channel and funnel stage – including conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and CAC indicators (where applicable) – and provide weekly or monthly insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure experiments and campaigns are documented so the team learns and scales what works.
