As a Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement and retention. This role involves managing marketing budgets, forecasting and performance. The successful candidate will work both with local and central teams ensuring the alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results. What you’ll be doing As part of your role, your responsibilities will include: Annual marketing budget and forecast review Developing and managing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention Overseeing allocation and managing of annual and monthly budgets Leading and mentoring local marketing and acquisition team with a high-performance environment Tracking and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns providing insights and recommendations in optimizations Preparing detailed reports for key stakeholders, presenting data -driven insights to inform strategic decision-making Creating and nurturing key relationships both with existing and new partners to generate growth alongside a centralised acquisition channel Approving commercial negotiations and onboarding new marketing deals Working operationally in all marketing channels within the business to optimise the ROI for the market and ensure best practise Working with the acquisition marketing administrators to ensure that core processes are adhered to Working across departments to align country strategy and meet business objectives. Supporting Head of Country/Central acquisition teams’ budget and operational cost control to achieve ROI requirements for the business Driving key processes such as conversion, product enhancements and marketing offers forward, as well as working closely with the wider team.
