About The Position

Team Liquid is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and coordinate the execution of brand campaigns and sponsored content across our esports teams, creators, and digital platforms. This role coordinates campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-team communication to ensure brand partnerships are executed smoothly and on schedule. The position works closely with teams across business development, production, social media, and talent management to translate sponsor contracts and campaign briefs into structured campaign plans and deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, and interested in esports, digital content, and brand marketing.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, content production, or project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in esports, gaming, digital media, or influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and the Southeast Asian esports ecosystem.
  • Experience coordinating content production or creative marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Translate sponsor briefs into structured campaign timelines and content calendars.
  • Coordinate the execution of brand campaigns and sponsored content initiatives.
  • Track deliverables across brand partnerships to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate content production, including shoot scheduling, talent participation, and production timelines.
  • Work with videographers, editors, designers, and social media teams to deliver branded content.
  • Review content prior to publishing to confirm alignment with brand and Team Liquid guidelines.
  • Coordinate campaign participation with players, creators, and team managers.
  • Ensure campaign requirements and deliverables are clearly communicated to all participants.
  • Maintain campaign trackers documenting timelines, deliverables, and internal ownership.
  • Work with the Social Media Manager to track engagement, reach, and content performance.
  • Prepare post-campaign summaries highlighting results, insights, and key learnings.
  • Document effective campaign formats to inform future brand initiatives.
  • Assist with sponsor activations during tournaments, events, and campaign launches.
  • Coordinate talent participation and content capture when activations take place.
  • Assist with campaign budgeting and production cost tracking.
  • Coordinate administrative requirements related to talent participation and campaign execution.
